职位描述及要求:
R&D COORDINATOR
(Assistant of Head of Design (Italian/German) managing contacts and follow up of external designers, sample suppliers, product manager and sample development manager, sales managers)


Location of job: JinJiang (Fujian - China)
Salary: to be discussed upon experience

Manage all the development process, from getting info from sales department and revise sales reports related to sales performance of sku x area, managing and updating constantly the range plan with all collection information, organising the calendar of the R&D department, rechecking the job of each designer (3 at the moment) with deadlines, follow up the work in progress of each of them, rechecking their job reflects the deliverable and is complete to be fully understood by manufacturers, clarify all points with them in order to explain to manufacturer and solve most of the problem that will arise till the receipt of sample as we wanted. Designers, being in same office of sampling, will reply to most questions asked by sample room, lightening the follow up of most problems

Keep R&D organised, with clear tasks for each member and assuring each of them stick to the role and follow its job descript.ion. Organise the way of classing files and keep all info clear and easy to find.
Define and survey organization of the storage and classification of materials/color cards/prototypesmples/instruction/suppliers info. The daily maintenance of the archive materials will be responsibility of one designer.
Update and check we have the standards (color/material/constraints.. cards) before designing something.
Check all instruction prepared by Designers, fill up some parts and understand well how the final result should be. Double check supplier has all physical sample to follow and can copy exactly and produce what we want. Assist the designer in charge of the project while passing instruction to sample room, so that can follow up and solve most problem in the sample making without involving every time the designer again. Follow up till the final sample is as per our requirement. (sometimes there are constraints of production that don’t allow to make as per our instruction, so need to solve problems, minimizing the questions to designers to the essential, the role of coordinator is not translator of the designer, but responsible of the whole department that could take decision by himself and organize and guide the team)
Follow up the sample making till receipt and final check.
Double check that all the collateral info will be made in occasion of the sample sending to customer (picture,price, size run, moq, fitting, notes, sku, correct name...)
Follow the samples deadlines, to organize the pre-production sample shipment for photoshooting in China, and for Quality dept to measure (only watches) to fill the line list to give to Quality:
Coordinate graphic designer to prepare files for pop material (instruction manual content, graphic content of packing material).
Coordinate the preparation of packing accessories files for production

Watches:
Keep update the linelist of the collection/skus with all product info - Class the Bill Of Materials of products (products sheet with all instructions)
General management of China office relationship regarding R&D and supervision quality dept issues regarding production problems.
Solve with designer and externals problem arising in production (wrong not avaialble material/cancellation/delays…, sometimes asking CEO)

职位描述及要求:

The Order Processing Lead is the key point person for order entry. The order processing lead responsible for all aspects of the order entry process. This includes but is not limited to answering emails, phone calls, entering at once orders, future orders, and pre-books. The order processing lead is also responsible for communicating with internal teams to ensure all orders are entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1.Answer customer inquiries via phone or email
2.Receive and enter all order submitted via email, EDI
3.Enter new orders in the MEXAL (current ERP system0
4.Ensure accuracy when entering new orders in to the system
5.Merge in orders submitted via TAPS EDI (850) and correct any error codes when merging orders
6.Merge in TAPS EDI order changes (860)
7.Import TAPS order in MEXAL.
8.Notate all order changes in customer portals and in ERP system
9.Communicate any order changes and or discrepancies to Sales team
10.Maintain lines of communication between sales team and sales reps
11.Ensure all team members are properly trained on order entry platforms
12.Ensure all the guidelines provided by the customer are fulfilled by factory (labelling, chemical tests…)
13.Follow up the production status and report to the Sales Manager eventual potential delays
14.This post is intended to follow orders of big USA Chainstores.

Required Skills
1.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel)
2.Proficient ENGLISH and MANDARIN

Missions:
1. Following its agents/distributors by sending the new collection/sales info/proto...(info provided by the sales agent of the area)
2. Customer support to the distributor (assistance from sampling to deliveries/payment/shipments/invoicing..., any other queries like product info…that not require the intervention of the Regional Sales Manager)
3. Insert orders & Purchase orders to existing / new customers & Vendors and update into the company’s system (Mexal and Mosaaico)
4. (HeyDude) Checking with all regional sales managers, Organize ALL orders and re-allocation of order QTY during shipment period
5. Collect data for Regional manager to establish the sales objective/forecast for production launches
6. Apply the commercial policy of the company
7. Cooperating with finance department, monitoring customer account if there is any pending invoice or outstanding, checking & matching purchase invoices and customer invoices before sending to finance department.
8. Response Logistic arrangement including shipment planning, measurement & booking plus Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, credit insurance, re-export document, L/C or D/P shipment, banking documentation and custom declaration
9. Monitoring and update inventory in China as well as provide accuracy record to sales managers and distributors
10. Work with Manufacturer to follow production plans of Chinese manufacturers to control they stick to delivery dates and prevent delays.
11. Cooperate, Organize and manage all aspects of Trade Shows participation

Skill:
1. 5 years or above solid related experience; with experience in footwears industry.
2. Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
3. Confidence, responsible, positive attitude, and able to work independently are essential attributes to be able to work in our team environment.
4. Ability to set priorities, be flexible, well organised, multi-task and meet deadlines in a constantly changing environment
5. Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
6. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and ERP systems etc.
7. Ability to travel, involving weekend business commitments, and able to work long hours, including Saturdays and occasionally Sundays and public Holidays for S&M events
8. Travel to Italy for training might be required (3 months in a row)
9. Immediate available will be highly considered
